Leader's Ministry Counselling

Vision and Mission Charter Leaders Ministry Counselling (LMC)

1. General Overview
Leaders Ministry Counselling (LMC) is a Christian ministry founded under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit through God’s servant, Reverend Daniel Nimi, in collaboration with the Body of Christ.
The ministry was officially established on 19 March 2022 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.
Since its creation, LMC has grown steadily and is now present in several countries around the world, uniting Christian servants and leaders around a shared vision: to build up, train, and support ministers of God for the glory of Jesus Christ.

2. Nature and Identity of the Ministry
Leaders Ministry Counselling is neither a Bible school, a theological centre, nor a local church.
It is a space for fellowship, reflection, and spiritual growth, open to all ministers, leaders, and believers committed to serving the Lord.
LMC promotes the sharing of experiences, the exchange of ideas, and mutual support between younger and more seasoned servants of God, with the aim of preserving the Christian testimony and promoting spiritual and moral excellence in ministry.

3. Vision
To be an international platform for support, training, and restoration for leaders and ministers of God, in order to build a generation of servants who are strong in the Word, upright in their testimony, and led by the Holy Spirit.

4. Mission
To train and support Christian leaders and ministers in their calling and spiritual growth.
To promote fellowship and unity within the Body of Christ through dialogue, seminars, and spiritual retreats.
To provide spiritual and moral support to ministers and ministries in difficulty, restoring their strength and direction.
To encourage intergenerational collaboration between seasoned believers and new servants of God.
To promote the values of the Kingdom of God: love, truth, humility, and faithfulness to the Word.

5. Core Values
Integrity – Serving God and others in truth and transparency.
Love – Walking in brotherly love and compassion towards all.
Unity – Preserving the fellowship of the Body of Christ beyond denominational boundaries.
Service – Using our gifts and talents in the service of the Kingdom.
Spiritual Excellence – Pursuing maturity and perfection in Christ in all that we do.

6. Activities and Programmes
Leaders Ministry Counselling organises and coordinates various spiritual and ministerial activities, including:
Conferences, symposiums, and Christian leadership training seminars.
Prayer retreats, fasting periods, and spiritual restoration programmes.
Mission trips and Christian tourism aimed at strengthening faith and unity among believers.
Pastoral counselling and mentoring sessions for leaders and servants of God.
These initiatives are designed to strengthen the testimony, maturity, and cohesion of the Body of Christ by fostering cooperation between experienced and emerging servants of God.

7. Development Projects
To expand its impact and strengthen its mission, LMC plans to:
Establish national and international branches to reinforce the ministry’s presence in different countries.
Build a multipurpose Christian centre for retreats, conferences, sports activities, and spiritual training.
Launch a Christian radio and television network to enable the worldwide broadcast of the Gospel and the sharing of inspiring testimonies.
These projects aim to make LMC an instrument of unity, edification, and spiritual influence on a global scale.

8. Commitment and Collaboration
Leaders Ministry Counselling is committed to working in a spirit of collaboration and service, in partnership with all Christian ministries and organisations that share the same values.
We believe that ministry is not a competition but a cooperation within the Kingdom.
Our desire is to serve, build up, and inspire, so that the name of Jesus Christ may be glorified among the nations.
